Hooping class time again!!!

PLEASE NOTE! This class begins Wednesday, July 13!
* Taught by, the one and only, Kirsten “Bunny” Graves
*Geared towards the adult beginner and those that haven’t hooped since they were kids. All welcome of course, come find your groove!
* Core hooping, off the body movements, isolations and an emphasis on class creativity (bring your ideas, we can work on them!)
* We will be building on what we learn with the goal of putting together a small routine
* Weather permitting, some classes will be held outdoors
* Minimum 5 students (must have 5 students signed up for the class to run)
Wednesdays from 7:30pm - 8:30pm $40/month or $15 drop-in (cash only)
