A note to all the dads with grown kids out there? When you tell us to choose/go buy/make dinner, you WILL get something that’s a tad different.
My poor dad is getting roasted asparagus & mushrooms with rosemary, smothered tilapia (feta, not swiss) w/real lemons and roma tomatoes, and a nice wild rice pilaf. And a salad but meh, the salad is boring. ;D
